ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT

We have integrated our production facility into our workshops and apart from our own instruments, we also undertake small assembly with a very fast turnaround. We provide bespoke electronic design, design development, prototypes and manufacturing. We specialise in low volume, fast turnaround, high quality electronic solutions that add real value to our client’s products. Our knowledge and technical expertise spans many years and we’ve worked for many sectors and gained a wealth of experience within industrial and domestic control applications.

Training

Within our office and testing lab, we have a training facility for our clients who wish further or initial training for new recruits. We are pleased to offer free hands on training and demonstration on our premises.

Re-calibration &
Repair Services

At Link Instruments we pride ourselves on the fast turnaround of our calibration service. Our testing and re calibration lab is conditioned at a constant temperature and tests are carried out on a bank of CO2 cylinders as well as tested on FM200 as a standard part of our testing.

Each instrument is tested, cleaned and all the accessories checked to ensure when the instrument is returned it is on peak performance.

We recommend that our instruments are sent back annually for a re-calibration or a maximum of 3 years if the instrument is used infrequently.
