Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
Magnetic Flaw Detector MPD-17P
Product Overview
The MPD-179 is magnetic particle flaw detector designed for non-destructive testing of ferromagnetic materials. I deal for railway depots and repair facilities, it identifies surface defects such as cracks, laps, tears, hairline fractures, delamination, and welding flaws.
Different Inspection Heads:
- TYPE D: Electromagnet with adjustable interpolar distance ranging from 60 to 22mm, providing a force of 7kg (18kg).
- TYPE A: Electromagnet with adjustable interpolar distance ranging from 20 to 160mm, providing a force of 5kg (15kg).
- TYPE E: Rolling electromagnet with an interpolar distance of 110mm (with roller contact), offering a force of 9kg.
- TYPE O: Round solenoid with an internal working hole diameter of 150mm, designed for specific applications requiring this configuration.
MPD-17P
The magnetic particle flaw detector is designed for non-destructive testing of metal components, efficiently revealing surface and near-surface defects such as cracks, voids, and weld flaws. It also features automatic demagnetisation, making it well-suited for use in workshops and industrial environments.
