The Link Instruments Ultra Measure ultrasonic thickness gauge is robust, easy-to-use, with variable velocity calibration that can be set to suit most materials. The Ultra Measure is calibrated to a mild steel test bit and can be re-set if required using the variable velocity + and – buttons for different materials. The unit is fitted with a LCD Display back light for use in bad lighting conditions. The unit can measure from 1.5mm to 199.9 mm and has a resolution of .01mm; it is accurate to within 0.1mm. The Ultra Measure complete kit with its high specifications is available at a truly affordable price allowing the issue of such equipment to more engineers.
