The UT-3M-4MA EMAT Thickness gauge can be equipped with specialised probes capable of operating on surfaces heated up to 600 degrees C, making it one of the most effective – an in some cases, the only viable – solutions for high-temperature thickness measurement.

Operating Modes

The Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge UT-2A offers several advanced operating modes designed to improve usability and testing accuracy.

Control mode: Users can set a normal thickness value with defined tolerance limits. Dring inspection, the device provides visual or audible alerts whenever a measurement falls outside the present range, simplifying operation and reducing the chance of human error.

B-Scan (Product Profile Display Mode): In this mode, the gauge displays a cross-sectional profile of the tested material as the probe scans the surface. This allows users to visualise flaws or inconsistencies within the object and create inspection reports with visual documentation for clearer analysis and quality assurance.
